Artists Doing Good: Jauz & deadmau5

'Tis the season for giving back, which means the Artists Doing Good series is booming with even more heartfelt content. This week our very own Electric Family all-star Jauz announced on Twitter that he would be hosting a charity stream for Make-A-Wish Foundation. The stream hosted via Streamlabs was due to go on for six hours and feature Jauz, i_o, and another friend working on music, gaming, and more. All donations that were received were to be matched by Jauz himself.

As the stream was in progress one famous friend decided to make an appearance. In a clip of the live stream posted to Twitter, you can see their priceless reactions after none other than deadmau5 flashed on-screen with a donation of $5,000. His donation raised the total from $1,912 to $6,912. Jauz laughed, saying  “I could do a mashup of Strobe and Baby Shark now. Wouldn’t that be something?".

As always, it's beautiful seeing these superstars helping out their community. For those unfamiliar, Make-A-Wish is an organization that grants wishes to those children diagnosed with a critical illness. They reley on the donations and support of volunteers to help change the lives of the children they serve. In the United States and its territories, on average, a wish is granted every 34 minutes. We can't wait to hear what great wishes come from the donation made by these amazing producers and fans.
