MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION - ALL-ACCESS

By purchasing our Monthly Subscription service, you agree and acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment charge at the then-current subscription rate and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation, including where applicable any charges processed by Electric Family after the expiration date of your payment card.

AUTOMATIC MONTHLY RENEWAL TERMS

Your subscription will be automatically renewed for successive monthly periods and your payment method will automatically be charged for each successive monthly period at the then-current subscription rate until you cancel your Monthly Subscription renewal.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION RENEWALS

To cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time.  Please send us a message at support@electricfamily.com and we will do it for you.  The cancellation deadline is 11:59PM PST on the 14th of each month.

DELIVERY TERMS:

The Subscription Service you selected for auto-recurring payment will be automatically sent to you monthly and your payment method will automatically be charged on the 15th of the month in which delivery is to occur in the amount of the then-current retail price for the product on the site and the app until you cancel your Automatic Delivery option.  

SHIPPING:

First-time orders will be processed immediately and shipped out within 48 business hours.

Recurring orders placed between 1st - 15th of the month will not receive a shipment or be charged until the following billing cycle

For recurring orders placed between the 16th - end of the month, the next shipment will be shipped out on the 15th of the following billing cycle

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

There are no returns or exchanges allowed for the Subscription Box.  In the event that the package is returned to our facility, your subscription box cost will be refunded minus a $7.00 restocking fee.
